腮腺区肿块影像学综合诊断的临床研究

目的：研究腮腺区肿块影像学综合诊断的特点及检查程序。方法：对７６例腮腺区肿块患者手术前行腮腺造影、Ｂ型超声及ＣＴ检查３种方法中至少２项,术后结合病理诊断进行分析比较。结果：采用影像学综合诊断的７６例患者诊断符合率达９２．１％,高于任何单项检查的结果,特别是在低恶性肿瘤的诊断方面尤为显著。结论：腮腺区肿块影像学综合诊断以不同的角度提示肿块的征象,提高了诊断率,其检查并非简单的相加,需有选择的综合应用

CLINICAL STUDY IN COMPREHENSIVE DIAGNOSIS OF SWELLS IMAGING PAROTID AREAS

Objective:To study the featues and exam procedure of compehensive diagnosis of swells imaging in parotid areas Materials:To carry out parotid graphy,bultrsonictherapy and CT examination to 76 subjects (at least two of the above)before operation To analyze and compare the results after operation,accompanied with pathological diagnosis Resuls:The appropriate rate reached 92 1% by means of imaging comprehensive diagnosis, higher than any of single examinatoin,especially on the aspect of lower malignant tumour diagnosis Conclusion:This imaging comprehensive diagnosis indicated the symptons of the swells from different point of view,increase the rate of successful diagnosis These examinations are not simply a kind of adding up,but need optional comprehensive applications
