舒适护理在腰椎管狭窄患者围手术期中的应用

目的探讨舒适护理在腰椎管狭窄患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法将80例患者随机分为舒适组和对照组，每组各40例，对照组给予常规护理，舒适组住院全程给予舒适护理，比较两组术后不良反应发生情况及患者满意度。结果两组均未发生严重手术并发症。舒适组和对照组术后伤口疼痛发生率分别为7．5％、25．0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义。舒适组在缓解术前紧张情绪和满意度方面明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论对腰椎管狭窄患者应用舒适护理，有效缓解患者术前焦虑恐惧心理，使患者以最佳的状态配合手术治疗与护理，减少术后不良反应的发生，提高了护理服务质量及患者对护理工作的满意度。

Application of perioperative comfort nursing to the patients with lumbar spinal stenosis

Objective To investigate the application effect of perioperative comfort nursing to the patients with lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods 80 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis from Aug. 2011 to Jan. 2012 were randomly assigned into two groups： comfort group（n =40） and control group （n =40）. The comfort nursing model was implemented in the comfort group, while the traditional nursing model was applied in the control group. Postoperative adverse events and patient satisfaction were analyzed. Results No severe complications occurred. The incidence of postoperative wound pain in comfort group and control group were 7.5% and 25.0% respectively. There was significant difference between them. the numbers of patients who had preoperative tension and anxiety were obviously declined while the degree of satisfaction to the whole nursing course was significantly higher than that in the control group（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of comfort nursing to the patients with lumbar spinal could effectively alleviate preoperative anxiety fear, decline the occurrence of postoperative adverse events, obviously improve the quality of nursing and the degree of satisfaction to the whole nursing course.
