缬沙坦、氢氯噻嗪联合低分子肝素与多巴胺治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期疗效分析

目的比较综合降糖、降压、利尿联合低分子肝素和多巴胺与单纯综合降糖、降压、利尿治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者的效果。方法将102例糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组51例，两组疗程均为3～4周，对比分析。结果治疗组餐前血糖、餐后2h血糖比对照组明显下降（P〈0．001）；24h尿蛋白定量减少，平均体重减轻，自觉症状数目减少等指标明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论临床结果表明综合利尿降糖降压联合低分子肝素与多巴胺治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者在减少蛋白尿、消除水肿、改善临床症状等方面优于单纯一般综合降糖、降压、利尿治疗。

Valsartan, hydrochlorothiazide, low molecular heparin combined with dopamine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy curative effect analysis

Objective To compare the treatment effects of patients of diabetic nephropathy IV using comprehensive anti-diabetic, anti-hypertensive, diuretic drugs combined low molecular heparin, dopamine with patients using anti-diabetic, antihypertensive and diuretic treatment alone. Methods 102 patients with diabetic nephropathy Ⅳ were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, and each group contained 51 cases. Both the two groups＇ course of treatments lasted 3 to 4 weeks. And a comparative analysis was done. Resuits Compared with the control group, fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose in treatment group decreased dramatically （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. 24 h urine protein and the average weight also reduced significantly in treatment group. And also the subjective symptoms were improved in treatment group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The clinical results have shown that therapy of anti-diabetic, antihypertensive, diuretic drugs combined with low molecular heparin, dopamine treatment of diabetic nephropathy in patients with stage Ⅳ is better than the simple general therapy of anti-diabetic, antihypertensive, diuretic therapy in reducing proteinuria, eliminating edema and improving clinical symptoms.
