摘    要:
目的指导临床医生和患者进一步认识高密度脂蛋白胆固醇对冠心病发生发展的影响,以期合理治疗和预防冠心病。方法对近年来关于高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与冠心病的一些回顾性研究进行分析、归纳、总结。结果高密度脂蛋白胆固醇是冠心病独立危险因子。低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇可使冠心病发生率及冠心病心血管事件增加。升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇可延缓动脉粥样硬化及冠心病的发生与发展,可降低冠心病心血管事件的风险。结论低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇是冠心病独立危险因子。升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇可降低冠心病心血管事件的风险。

Abstract:
Objective To guide clinicians and patients a better understanding of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol on the impact of the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease, and to take reasonable treatment and prevention of coronary heart disease. Methods Analyze, summarize and sum up retrospective study in regard to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol on the impact of the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease. Results Low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol can increase coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease incidence of cardiovascular events. Increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol may retard atberosclerosis,and decrease coronary heart disease the risk of cardiovascular events,incidence and development. Conclusion High density lipoprotein cholesterol is an independent risk factor of coronary heart disease. Increased highdensity lipoproteiu cholesterol can cut down the risk of coronary heart disease cardiovascular events.
