手部按摩对改善乳腺癌患者化疗期间生活质量的作用

目的 探讨以中医经络学说、神经反射学说、生物全息理论为指导的手部按摩疗法对乳腺癌患者化疗期间生活质量的影响.方法 将60例乳腺癌化疗患者按随机数字表分成试验组和对照组各30例.两组患者均给予乳腺癌化疗护理常规,试验组在此基础上给予手部按摩疗法.分别于干预前后采用乳腺癌患者生活质量量表评估两组患者的生活质量.结果 干预后试验组生活质量总分、躯体功能维度得分、心理功能维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 手部按摩疗法能改善乳腺癌患者化疗期间的生活质量,减轻焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪的程度.

Effect of hand massage therapy on the quality of life in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

Objective To evaluate the effect of hand massage therapy guided by the Chinese Medicine meridian theory,neural reflexology and biological holographic theory on the quality of life in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods Sixty breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were randomly assigned to hand massage therapy group(experimental group) and routine care group(control group).Quality of Life Scale of Breast Cancer(QLSBC) was used to measure the quality of life before and after the invention.Results After the invention,the total score of the quality of life,physical function dimension score and psychological function dimension score were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hand massage therapy can improve the quality of life,relieve anxiety and depression in breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
