决明子化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:
目的:对决明子的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用微波辐射苯-H2SO4浸提法和硅胶柱色谱分离纯化决明子,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:从决明子的苯-H2SO4提取物中共分离鉴定出8种化合物,分别为大黄酸(1)、美决明子素(2)、美决明子素甲醚(3)、芦荟大黄素(4)、大黄素(5)、橙黄决明素(6)、大黄酚(7)和大黄素甲醚(8)。其中化合物1是首次从该植物中分离得到。结论:本方法简单、快速,可为决明子的进一步研究提供一定依据。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To study the chemical composition seeds of Cassia obtusifolia.METHODS:Microwave benzene-sulfuric acid extraction and silica gel chromatography were used to separate and purify C.obtusifolia.The structure of it was identified according to physical and chemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS:8 compounds were isolated and identified from benzene-sulfuric acid extract of C.obtusifolia,which were rhein (1),obtusifolin(2),2-Methoxy-obtusifolin(3),aloe-emodin(4),emodin (5),aurantio-obtusin (6),chrysophanol (7) and physcion (8).Compound 1 was indentified from C.obtusifolia for the first time.CONCLUSION:The method is simple and rapid,and it can provide evidence for further study of C.obtusifolia.
