| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨不同新型冠状病毒感染风险等级人群防疫口罩的合理选择,以避免过度防护造成医疗资源浪费,以及使用不适宜口罩造成感染风险和意外伤害。方法 调研市面上常见类型口罩的材质、结构和技术要求,评估各类人群在不同环境下的感染风险。结果 统计了常见类型的口罩性能,并对按防疫工作性质和不同人群的感染风险等级对口罩的选择提出了参考标准。结论 选择合适的防疫口罩,要了解不同口罩的类别及执行标准,根据人群不同的感染风险等级和使用区域进行合理选择。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the reasonable selection of anti-epidemic masks for the people with different risk levels of the severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus-2(SARS-CoV-2)infection,so as to avoid the waste of medical resources caused by overprotection,and the infection risk and accidental injury caused by the use of unsuitable masks.Methods The material,structure and technical requirements of the common types of masks on the market were investigated,and the infection risk of various types of people in different environments was evaluated.Results The performance of the common types of masks was statistically analyzed,and the reference criteria for the selection of masks was put forward according to the nature of epidemic prevention work and the risk level of infection in different people.Conclusion It is necessary to know the types and executive criteria of different masks and choose the appropriate anti-epidemic masks according to the different risk levels of infection in different people and the masks’usage area. |
