脊柱外伤的CT和MRI诊断价值对比研究

目的探讨CT、MRI对脊柱外伤的诊断价值。方法收集36例脊柱外伤的CT、MRI资料，对比分析CT、MR／对损伤脊柱的椎体骨折检出率、椎弓骨折检出率，以及对碎骨片移位率、椎间盘损伤、韧带损伤、椎管容积改变、脊柱曲度改变、脊髓损伤、神经根损伤、椎旁软组织损伤的诊断效果。结果CT对显示榷体、椎弓骨折线和骨折片的移位优于MRI；MR／对显示脊髓损伤、神经根损伤、韧带损伤、椎体挫伤、软组织损伤比CT更敏感、更清楚，显示损伤范围比CT更大、更明确。结论CT、MR对显示脊柱外伤各有优缺点，所有脊柱外伤应首选MR检查，对爆裂骨折，两种方法结合能达到相互弥补不足的目的。

The Comparatie Analysis of Diagnostic alue of Imaging of CT and MRI of Spinal Column Surgical Trauma

Objective To investigate the value of CT and MRI on the diagnosis of spinal column＇s surgical trauma. Methods We plan to collect the CT and MRI documents of 36 eases with spinal column＇s surgical trauma. Moreover we also make a comparative analysis between the centrum fracture of the broken spinal column and the vertebral arch fracture ,meanwhile including the displacement of the broken bone,intervertebral discs injury,ligament injury,the change of spinal canal volume,the change of spinal column curvature,spinal cord damage, spinal nerve root damage and the attaching eentrum soft tissue damaged. Results Centrum,vertebral arch fracture,and the displacement of the bone fracture in CT Imaging was superior to that of MRI. Spinal cord damaged,spinal nerve root damaged,hgament injuryied ,centrum bruise ,soft tissue damaged and the corresponding extent of damaged in MRI imaging was better than that of CT. Conclusion There are some advantages and disadvantages of CT and MRI diagnosing of spinal column＇s surgical tranma,and the MRI imaging is the best choice;however the combination of the CT and MRI imaging is the best choice to the bursting fracture.
