| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅脑损伤后心功能异常的出现与损伤程度的关系。方法总结216例颅脑损伤患者,按GCS评分分为轻、中、重、特重四组,对心功能异常的发生进行对比分析。结果重度损伤尤其是特重度损伤较轻、中度损伤有明显的差异（P〈0.05）。结论颅脑损伤后心功能异常的出现与损伤程度是密切相关的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the relation between abnormal-capability of heart and degree of head injury .Methods 216 cases were divided into four groups according the GCS degree.The rate of abnormal- capability of heart were compared between the groups.Results The difference between groups was evidential(P<0.05) .Conclusion Abnormal-capability of heart relates to head injury inseparably . |
