| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Survivin基因在人胃癌发生、发展中的作用及其与胃癌预后的关系.方法采用Western blot方法检测Survivin蛋白在30例胃癌组织、30例胃癌旁组织、10例正常胃组织标本中的表达.结果30例胃癌组织中22例Survivin表达阳性,30例胃癌旁组织及10例正常胃组织无Survivin蛋白表达,Suvivin蛋白阳性表达与胃癌的临床分期、腹膜和(或)远处转移有关,而与患者性别、年龄及胃癌附近淋巴结转移无关.结论Survivin在胃癌发生、发展中起有一定重要作用,对胃癌患者临床预后有参数价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the function of Survivin in tumorigenesis of gastric cancer and the relation of Survivin with clinic parameters of gastric cancer patient.Methods Western blotting for Survivin expression was conducted on 30 gastric cancer tissues, 30 gastric adjacent normal tissues and 10 gastric normal tissues.Results Survivin was expressed in 22 of 30 (73.3%) gastric cancer tissues. In contract, 30 gastric adjacent normal tissues and 10 gastric normal tissues did not express Survivin. Overexpression of Survivin was associated with the clinical stage and peritoneal and/or distant metastasis of gastric cancer while sex, age of patients and near lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.Conclusion Survivin played an important role in tumorigenesis of gastric cancer and was an important predictive parameter in gastric cancer patients. |
