| 摘 要： | 目的：研究强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）大鼠心功能和心肌基质金属蛋白酶MMP-1、MMP-9蛋白表达的影响，探讨MMPs在CHF发病中的作用及该胶囊防治心肌重塑的作用的机理。方法：采用腹腔注射阿霉素法制备CHF模型。各组相应处理8周后，检测血流动力学、心肌MMP-1、MMP-9表达变化。结果：强心胶囊能提高CHF大鼠＋dp／dt max、-dp／dt max、LVSP水平，降低LVEDP水平，减低心脏重量指数，降低上调的MMP-1、MMP-9表达。结论：强心胶囊能够改善CHF大鼠左室收缩和舒张功能，降低上调的MMP-1、MMP-9蛋白表达及活性，可能是强心胶囊干预心力衰竭间质重塑的重要机制之一。
