摘    要:目的 探讨音频电对急性低压缺氧引起学习记忆障碍的保护作用。方法 采用小鼠避暗实验法及自主活动法 ,观察音频电疗法对急性低压缺氧小鼠学习记忆功能的影响。结果 音频电及音频电 +低压缺氧组与相应的对照组比较 ,错误次数 (M)明显减少 ,潜伏期 (EL)显著延长 ;音频电 +低压缺氧组与模型组比较 ,自主活动增加。结论 音频电预防性治疗可改善由低压缺氧造成的记忆功能损害 ,并对急性缺氧所致的中枢抑制有改善作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of music electrotherapy on learning and memory impairment induced by hypobaric hypoxia.Methods The step throughtest and independence mobilization were used to observe the MET effect on learning and memory impairment induced by hypobaric hypoxia in mice.Results It was indicated that mistakes in MET and MET+hypoxia groups were less and escape latency was prolonged in comparison with the control group;independence movements in MET+hypoxia group increased compared with those of the model group.Conclusion Preventive therapy of MET can improve learning and memory impairment and also improve central inhibition induced by hypobaric hypoxia.
