308nm高能准分子光联合自体表皮细胞移植治疗面部稳定期白癜风临床观察

摘    要:
目的观察308 nm高能准分子光联合自体表皮细胞移植治疗面部稳定期白癜风的效果。方法选择面部稳定期白癜风90例,随机均分为A、B、C 3组。A组予308 nm高能准分子光联合自体表皮细胞移植治疗,B、C组分别仅予308 nm高能准分子光治疗和自体表皮细胞移植治疗,3个月后评价临床疗效并观察不良反应发生情况。结果总有效率A组(96.7%)高于B、C组(76.7%、86.7%),差异均有统计学意义(χ2=3.81,P0.01;χ2=5.49,P0.05);C组高于B组,差异亦有统计学意义(χ2=4.20,P0.05)。3组不良反应均轻微,均可自行缓解。结论 308 nm高能准分子光联合自体表皮细胞移植治疗面部稳定期白癜风疗效显著、起效快、不良反应少,值得推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 308 nm high-energy excimer laser combined with autogenous epidermal cells transplantation in treatment of facial vitiligo during stable phase. Methods A total of 90 patients with facial vit-iligo during stable phase were randomly divided into group A, B and C. Group A received 308 nm high-energy excimer laser combined with autogenous epidermal cells transplantation, and group B and C were treated with 308 nm high-energy excimer la-ser and autogenous epidermal cells transplantation respectively. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the three groups were observed 3 months after treatment. Results The total effective rate in group A (96. 7% ) was higher than 76. 7% in group B and 86. 7% in group C, and the differences were statistically significant (χ2 = 3. 81, P 〈 0. 01; χ2 = 5. 49, P 〈 0. 05); the total effective rate in group C was significantly higher than that in group B (χ2 =4. 20, P 〈0. 05). Adverse reactions were mild in the three groups and relieved spontaneously. Conclusion The 308 nm high-energy excimer laser combined with autogenous epidermal cells transplantation in treatment of facial vitiligo during stable phase is effective and quick with less adverse reactions.
