摘    要:[目的 ] 提出对桶装饮用纯水厂的卫生管理要求 ,为制定相关的卫生法规和卫生标准提供科学依据。 [方法 ] 选择桶装饮用纯水生产量较大的 16家生产厂的出厂水及其每家 15个用户饮水机的出水进行细菌和理化指标检测。[结果 ] 桶装饮用纯水生产企业出厂水的细菌总数、霉菌 ,pH值、电导率和饮水机用户水质的细菌总数、总大肠菌群、霉菌、pH值、铅、电导率都有一定的超标数。 [结论 ] 造成桶装饮用纯水水质超标的原因是多方面的 ,既有桶装饮用纯水和饮水机生产企业的因素 ,还与缺乏具体的法规、规范和用户未正确地掌握使用方式密不可分。

Abstract:Objective] To provide hygienic management requirements of bottled water manufactures by this investigation and present scientific foundation for drawing up hygienic regulation and standard. [Methods] Water product from 16 large manufactures and 15 drinking-water equipments among users of each manufacture were tested for water qualities including examination in bacteriology, physical and chemical properties. [Results] There were some faults on total bacterial count, molds count, coliforms, pH and electricity conductivity in the water of bottled water manufactures and there were some faults on bacterial count, molds count, coliforms, pH, lead and electricity conductivity in the water of users drinking-water equipments. [Conclusion] There were many causes which might result in faults of bottled water quality. The causes were from either bottled water and drinking-water manufactures or operation method of users.
