| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨转颈试验对椎基底动脉供血不足（VBI）的诊断价值。方法 对48例经临床确诊的VBI患者行经颅多普勒（TCD）常规及转颈试验，并对检测前后的结果进行比较分析。结果 48例VBI患者TCD异常36例，异常率为75％，加转颈试验后异常率为92％，且转颈后的VS值较转颈前显著降低（P〈0．01）。结论 转颈试验能判断椎基底动脉血液循环障碍的程度，增加病变的检出率。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To determine the effects of neck rotation test in vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency(VBI).[Methods] 48 patients of VBI by clinical confirmed were performed TCD and neck rotation test.[Results] 36 patients(75%)were found abnormality by TCD,the abnormal cases increased to 44(92%)by neck rotation test,and after neck rotation test,velocity was significantly decreased(P <0.01).[Conclusion] Neck rotation test could conclude the degree,and increase the positive rate of VBI. |
