外涂艾洛松乳膏加超声波技术治疗小腿慢性肥厚性湿疹疗效观察

目的:观察外涂艾洛松乳膏加超声波技术治疗小腿慢性肥厚性湿疹的疗效。方法:治疗组33例,皮损局部外涂艾洛乳膏后加超声波治疗5min。对照组30例单纯给予皮损局部外涂艾洛松乳膏1次/d。2周后判断疗效。结果:两组治疗前后苔藓化评分比较差异有显著性(P<0·05);两组治疗前后瘙痒程度评分比较差异有高度显著性(P<0·001)。治疗组总有效率为60·60%,对照组总有效率为23·33%。卡方检验,总有效率两组差异有高度显著性(P<0·01)。结论:治疗组疗效高,止痒迅速。说明艾洛松乳膏外用配合超声波能提高治疗小腿慢性肥厚性湿疹的疗效,值得临床应用推广。

The Clinical Effect of Eloson Ointment Combine with Ultrasonic Wave Technology in Treating Chronic Thickening Eczema of Leg.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Eloson ointment combine with ultrasonic wave technology in treating chronic thickening eczema of leg . Method: 33 patients of treating group were treated 5 minuntes with Eloson ointment combining with ultrasonic wave. 30 patients of control group were treated only with Eloson ointment. and investigated the efficacy after two weeks. Result: Lichenification evaluation of two groups were different(P<0.05).Itch evaluation of two groups were different highly (P<0.001). The efficacy rate treating group and control group were 60.6% and 23.33%, respectively. The efficacy rate was different highly in two groups( P<0.01). Conclusion: Eloson ointment combining with supersonic wave technology is high efficacy,and can relieve the itching promptly in treating chronic thickening eczema of leg.
