| 摘 要： | 目的:研究近视眼LASIK矫正前后优势眼的分布以及术后优势眼的变化情况。方法:325例接受LASIK手术近视患者,按照双眼屈光参差的程度分为非屈光参差组与屈光参差组。采用卡洞法判别双眼术前和术后1,3mo和6mo的优势眼眼别。结果:对于所有个体,优势眼眼别与双眼中近视性屈光程度较高眼眼别显著相关(P<0.01)。LASIK手术前后优势眼眼别没有改变。结论:优势眼眼别与双眼中近视性屈光程度较高眼眼别显著相关,LASIK手术前后优势眼眼别没有改变。 |

| Abstract: | AIM:To study the distribution of the dominant eye in myopic patient preoperation and postoperation and the change of ocular dominance after laser assisted in situ keratomileusis(LASIK). ·METHODS: Three hundred and twenty-five myopic patients who underwent myopic LASIK were included in this study.and were divided into two groups according to the degree of anisometropia: non-anisometropia group and anisometropia group. Oculus dominans were tested by the card-hole method before and 1 month,3,6months after operation.·RESULTS: Eye dominance was significantly associated with the higher mypoic eye in all 325 cases(P<0.01).There was not any change of ocular dominance in all 325 cases after operation.·CONCLUSION: There is high consistency between the dominant eye and the eye with higher myopia,and there is not any change of ocular dominance after LASIK. |
