| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨司法精神医学鉴定中贩毒案例的鉴定特点。方法：对1985年6月-2002年6月间本院贩毒案件的司法精神医学鉴定的有关资料进行回顾性分析。结果：共接受司法精神鉴定656例,其中贩毒案件37例(5．6％)。91．9％的案犯具有明确的现实动机,均评定为完全责任能力。诈病的发生率占本组鉴定案例的35．1％,值得引起注意。结论：对贩毒案件的鉴定,要特别提高警觉!以便为司法机关提供真实可信的鉴定结果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the characteristics of forensic psychiatric expertise due to narcotic traffic. Method:Forensic psychiatric expertise cases due to narcotic traffic were studied retrospectively from 1985 to 2002. Results:There were 37 cases of narcotic traffic in total 656 expertise cases (5.6%).All of these cases had full responsibility. The percentage of malingering were 35.1%. Conclusion:This research shows that there are some characteristics in forensic psychiatric expertise due to the narcotic traffic. It must be paid great attention. |
