腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术与腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床研究

目的探讨腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术（TEP）与腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术（TAPP）在治疗腹股沟疝方面的差异性,并将其治疗体会作以分析。方法回顾性分析该院收治的212例腹股沟疝患者的临床资料。根据术式的不同,将患者随机分为两组,TAPP组106例,TEP组106例,观察两组患者手术情况及术后并发症情况。结果两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;而TAPP组患者的手术费用明显高于TEP组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者的并发症发生情况,经比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术（TEP）与腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术（TAPP）均是治疗腹股沟疝的安全、有效术式,值的临床推广使用。

The Clinical Research of Laparoscopic Totally Extraperitoneal Hernia Repair and Iaparoscopic Transabdominal Preperitoneal Hernia Repair for Inguinal Hernia

Objective To investigate the laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair（TEP） and transabdominal preperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair（TAPP） in the treatment of inguinal hernia of the difference, and its treatment in order to make analysis. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital the inguinal hernia a report of 212 cases of patients with clinical data. Depending on the surgical patients were randomly divided into two groups, TAPP group（106 cases）, TEP group（106 cases）, surgical conditions and postoperative complications were observed. Results The two groups of patients with bleeding in the operation, operation time, hospitalization time, but no significant difference（P0.05）, and TAPP group of patients with operation cost was higher than that in group TEP, the difference has statistical significance （P0.05）. In two groups of patients with complications, by comparison, the difference was not statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair（TEP）and trans-abdominal preperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair （TAPP） is the treatment of inguinal hernia in the safe, effective operation, value in clinical application.
