绿脓假单胞菌脉冲场凝胶电泳分型及耐药性研究

摘    要:
目的探讨绿脓假单胞菌的分型,及其耐药性。方法使用脉冲场凝胶电泳技术对绿脓假单胞菌进行基因型分型,结合血清学试验和药物敏感试验进行分析。结果192株绿脓假单胞菌中16株为多耐药株,对11种抗生素中8种以上耐药;对多种抗生素耐药株无特定的血清型。脉冲场凝胶电泳分出18个基因型;基因型带不同,相应的细菌对磷霉素或喹诺酮类抗生素的最低抑菌浓度亦不同。结论脉冲场凝胶电泳分出的基因型有可能与细菌耐药基因有关。

Abstract:
Objective To study the type and antibiotics resistance for Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods The genome type was compared using pulse field electrophoresis, and suseceptible and serotype tests were done.Results In 192 strains of Pseumonas aeruginosa isolated at three hospitals in Beijing area from October 1991 to October 1993, 16 were multidrug resistant strains (i.e, resistant to more than 8 drugs out of 11 drugs), and all of the multi drug resistant strains were isolated from inpatients. Multi drug resistant strains had no characteristic serotype. Restriction enzyme SpeI digestion analysis (using pulse field electrophoresis) of Pseodomonas aeruginosa genome yeilded 18 common patterns, was shown to be useful for tracting the route of nosocomial infection. Further, isolates with closely related genome type, in which the size of one digested band was different, showed a different minimum inhibitory concentration of fosfomycin in one genome type or newquinolens in the other genome. Conclusion Genome type by using pulse field electrophoresis is useful for tracting the route of nosocomial infection. Analysis of genome type and antibiotics susceptibility pattern may exhibit antibiotic resistant gene.
