ICU人工气道机械通气气囊压力的应用观察

摘    要:
目的判断建立人工气道行机械通气患者的气管导管气囊压力的大小是否合适。方法对60例经口气管插管和40例气管切开行机械通气患者的气管导管气囊压力和注气量进行测量。结果实际的气管导管气囊压力明显高于推荐的理想压力值(P<0.01);实际的注入气体量明显高于理想压力所需要的注入气体量(P<0.01)。结论应对人工气道机械通气患者的气管导管气囊压力和注气量进行监测和调整,以减少气管导管对气管黏膜的损伤。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate tracheal tube cuff pressure in the patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods Sixty patients with intubation and forty patients with tracheostomy were studied, both gas volume and pressure of tube cuff were measured by control inflator. Results The actual inflated volume and pressure were higher than the recommended volume and pressure ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The cuff pressure should be measured regularly in order to avoid tracheal mucosa injury for long time residence within the trachea.
