企业高层青年管理人员SCL-90的测试研究

摘    要:目的 探讨青年管理人员心理健康状况。方法 采用SCL-90对120名平均年龄为34岁的企业高层管理人员进行测试。结果 企业高层青年管理人员除人际关系(IO)外,阳性项目数、各因子均分都高于1986年的常模水平,但低于唐秋萍等1999年所提出的正常人群水平。结论 除抑郁、敌意和恐怖外,其余因子无显著性别差异,平均年龄以上和以下的企业高层青年管理人员各因子无显著性差异。

Abstract:Objective To study the level of mental health of young senior managers in Chinese enterprises with SCL - 90. Methods 120 young senior managers in enterprise,average 34 years old,were investigated with SCL- 90. Results The results showed that GSI,PSDL and the factorial scores except interpersonal sensitivity scores were higher than those in 1986 but lower than those in 1986 but lower than those in 1999. Conclusion The factorial scores,except depression,hostility and photic anxiety, had no significant difference, between the men and the women. The factorial scores between up 34 years old and down 34 years old had no significant difference.
