| 摘 要： | 目的观察理脾汤治疗肠易激综合征的疗效。方法理脾汤药物组成(黄芪、升麻、炒白术、陈皮、炒防风、芍药、甘草等),水煎服,每日1剂,15天为一个疗程。结果治愈20例(占58.8%);显效8例(占23.5%);无效6例(占17.7%),总有效率82.3%。结论理脾汤治疗肠易激综合征有较好的疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the Lipi Decoction treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Method： Lipi Decoction （ Astragalus, Cimicifuga,fried Atractylodes,Tangerine Peel,fried wind,white spoon,licorice,etc. ）,decoct with water,once a day,15 days for a course of treatment. Result：20 cases were cured （58. 8% ）,eight cases were marked effect （23. 5% ）,6 cases were ineffective（17. 7% ）, total efficiency 82. 3% . Conclusion：Lipi Decoction of irritable bowel syndrome have a better effect. |
