恩再适联合神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹神经痛的疗效观察

目的:观察恩再适联合神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹的治疗效果。方法:70例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,A组采用恩再适联合神经阻滞方法,而B组采用单纯神经阻滞疗法。以VAS和QS评价两组的疗效,比较两组治疗后疼痛缓解和皮损改善的显效率、好转率、无效率和有效率。结果:两组治疗前后VAS和QS比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后比较两组也有显著性差异(P<0.05);疼痛缓解的显效率和有效率两组无差异性(P>0.05)。而皮损改善的显效率两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:两种治疗方法均有效,但恩再适联合神经阻滞疗法缓解疼痛和改善睡眠方面优于单纯神经阻滞疗法,治疗带状疱疹皮损上也有较好的效果,并且能够预防带状疱疹后遗痛的发生。

Clinical observation of analgecine combined with nerve block for treating heppes zoster

Objective To observe the effect of analgecine combined with nerve block for treating Heppes zoster(HZ).Method Seventy patients with HZ were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated by analgecine combined with nerve block,while group B by single nerve block only.The effect of the two groups were evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS) and quality of sleep(QS),to compare and observe the excellent rate,improvement rate,fail rate and effectiveness rate for pain relief and for improvement of skin lesions.ResultsThere were significant difference between the score of VAS and QS before treatment and that after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).And there was also significant difference on the score of VAS and QS between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).For pain relief,the excellent rate and effectiveness rate showed no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).For improvement of skin lesions,the excellent rate was significantly higher in group A as compared to that of group B(P<0.05).ConclusionThe two methods ware effectively in treating Heppes zoster(HZ),but analgecine combined with nerve block produces better therapeutic effect on pain relif,sleep improvement and the improvement of skin lesions,and prevent postherpetic neuralgia from ocurring.
