髋关节脱位并髋臼骨折的手术治疗

目的:探讨髋关节脱位并髋臼骨折的手术治疗方式。方法:通过回顾分析35例髋关节脱位并髋臼骨折患者的临床资料。结果:35例患者有33例(94.3%)获得随访,随访时间为2～5年,疗效评定为优者26例(78.8%),良3例(9.1%),可2例(6.1%),差2例(6.1%),其中恢复情况优良的患者共有29例(87.9%)。结论:髋关节脱位并髋臼骨折患者若能获得及早地确诊,并选用恰当的手术方式进行治疗,必定能进一步改善疗效。

Surgical treatment of hip dislocation and acetabular fracture

Objective To discuss the surgical treatment of hip dislocation and acetabular fracture.Method Retrospectively analyzed 35 cases′ clinical information with hip dislocation and acetabular fracture during 2002 to 2007 in our hospital.Results In the 35 cases,33 had been followed up for 2~5 years,there were 26 cases（78.8%） assessed as excellent,3 cases（9.1%） assessed as good,2 cases（6.1%） assessed as passed,and 2 cases（6.1%） assessed as failed.For 29 cases（87.9%） had recovered well.Conclusion If the patients with hip dislocation and acetabular fracture can be diagnosed as soon as possible,and takes appropriate surgical treatment,will make a very good effect.
