| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声检查对子宫峡部妊娠的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析31例子宫峡部妊娠超声声像图特征及术后结果.结果 31例子宫峡部妊娠中,超声正确诊断25例(80.65%),误诊6例(宫颈部妊娠2例、难免流产2例、滋养叶细胞疾病1例、子宫切口血肿1例).典型超声声像图表现为胎囊型、非均质包块型两种类型.结论 彩超对子宫峡部妊... |

| Abstract: | Objective To study clinical value of ultrasound for the uterine isthmus pregnancy.Methods The ultrasound image characteristics of 31 cases with uterine isthmus pregnancy confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results The accuracy rate was 80.6%(25/31) that 25 cases were correctly diagnosed by ultrasound among 31 cases while 6 cases were misdiagnosed including 2 cases as cervix pregnancy,1 cases as inevitable abortion,1 case as cytotrophoblastic cells disease,1 cases as uterine incision hematoma.Typical sonographic showed as sac type and heterogeneous mass type.Conclusion Ultrasonography is a feasible way with important clinical value for diagnosis of the uterine isthmus pregnancy. |
