| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨心脏介入术后常见并发症的护理方法.方法 选取本院2014年6月至2016年5月收治的心脏介入术后出现并发症的患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各50例.对照组接受常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上接受针对性护理,对比两组护理效果.结果 实验组术后并发症护理总有效率为100.00％,显著高于对照组的82.97％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 系统化针对性的护理可有效提高患者术后各项并发症的护理有效率,能显著提高患者术后生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing methods for common complications after cardiac intervention.Methods 100 patients taking cardiac intervention at our hospital from June,2014 to May,2016 were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,50 cases for each group.The control group were routinely cared;in addition,the experimental group were given targeting nursing care.The nursing effects were compared between these two groups.Results The total nursing effective rate was 100.00％ in the experimental group and 82.97％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Systematic targeting nursing care for complications after cardiac intervention is effective and can improve the patients' postoperative life quality. |
