IKAP理论对血液透析患者从医行为的影响

目的 运用IKAP理论干预血液透析患者从医行为.方法 对102例血液透析患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组51例.对照组给予常规的护理模式,干预组运用IKAP理论进行干预,具体内容包括:收集患者信息,传授相关知识,转变观念,产生行动.对比两组患者干预前后的治疗依从性.结果 干预组完全从医行为饮食占88.2％,减轻疲劳占90.1％,减少骨关节疼占90.1％,使用药物治疗占98.0％,定期复查占100.0％;干预组患者的依从性均明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05).结论 IKAP理论干预提高患者的依从性,从而达到延迟疾病进展,降低并发症,提高患者生存质量的目的.

Impact of IKAP theory on medical behavior patients undertaking hemodialysis

Objective To use IKAP theory in the intervention of medical behavior in patients undertaking hemodialysis.Methods 102 patients undertaking hemodialysis were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,51 cases for each group.The control group were routinely cared and the experimental group were intervened with IKAP theory,including collecting patient information,imparting relevant knowledge,changing ideas,and generating action.The treatment compliance in the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results 88.2％ patients complied to total medical treatment diet,90.1％ to reducing fatigue,90.1％ to reducing joint pain,98.0％ to drug treatment,and 100.0％ to regular rechecking in the experimental group.The compliance was significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion IKAP theory improves the patients' medical compliance,so as to delay disease progression,reduce complications,and improve the patients' quality of life.
