摘    要:目的 探讨医护一体化带教模式应用于护理临床教学中的效果.方法 选取2014年7月至2015年6月在本院妇科及乳腺科实习的护生68名为对照组,采用传统的一对一带教模式,选取2015年7月至2016年6月在本院妇科及乳腺科实习的护生82名为观察组,采用医护一体化带教模式.比较两组护生理论考核分数、操作考核分数及对教学满意度的评价.结果 两组本科生、大专生、中专生理论考核成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0141,0.0394,0.0004);两组本科生、大专生、中专生操作考核成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0372,0.0168,0.0291);两组对教学的满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 医护一体化带教模式能明显提高护生的理论水平和实操能力,能提高学习主动性,增强对护理知识的学习兴趣等,值得护理临床带教应用推广.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of integrated medical and nursing education model in nursing clinical teaching.Methods We selected 68 nursing students as the control group who studied in department of gynecology and mammary gland of our hospital from July 2014 to June 2015.We taught them with the traditional one-to-one teaching model.We selected 82 nursing students as the observation group who studied in department of gynecology and mammary gland of our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016.We taught them with the integrated medical and nursing model.We compared the two groups of nursing students in theoretical assessment score,operational assessment score,and evaluation of teaching satisfaction.Results There were statistically significant differences in the theoretical assessment score between the undergraduates,junior college students,and secondary school students of the two groups (P=0.0141,0.0394,0.0004);there were statistically significant differences in the operational assessment score between the undergraduates,junior college students,and secondary school students of the two groups (P=0.0372,0.0168,0.0291);there was statistically significant difference in the teaching satisfaction between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated medical and nursing model can significantly improve the theoretical level and practical ability of nursing students,improve learning initiative,enhance the interest in nursing knowledge,worthy to promoted in nursing clinical teaching.
