中西医结合护理干预对糖尿病患者血糖控制的应用效果

目的 观察评价中西医结合护理干预对糖尿病(Diabetes mellitus,DM)患者血糖控制的应用效果.方法 选择2015年1月至2016年12月期间本院收治的DM患者138例,按照数字表法随机分为两组,对照组69例给予常规护理;观察组69例在对照组基础上实施中西医结合护理干预,两组临床护理效果及护理满意度比较.结果 观察组总有效率为98.55％显著高于对照组78.26％(x 2=13.856 6,P＜ 0.05),两组干预后血糖水平均有下降,而观察组空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖下降幅度均大于对照组(分别是t=15.933,11.050,P＜0.05),观察组总满意度为100.00％而显著高于对照组79.71％(x 2=15.580 6,P＜ 0.05).结论 中西医结合护理干预对DM患者的血糖控制效果满意,疗效确切,有效控制患者血糖水平,并显著提高患者的护理满意度,值得在临床护理工作中大力推广应用.

Effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention on blood glucose control in diabetic patients

Objective To evaluate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention on blood glucose control in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM).Methods A total of 138 patients with DM in our hospital fiom January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table method.The control group (n=69) received routine nursing care,and the observation group (n=69) received integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The clinical nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 98.55％ in the observation group,significantly higher than that in the control group (78.26％)(x 2=13.856 6,P＜0.05).The blood glucose level of the two groups decreased after the intervention,while the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose decreased more significantly in the observation group (t=15.933,11.050;P＜0.05).The degree of satisfaction was 100.00％ in the observation group,significantly higher than that in the control group (79.71％) (x 2=15.580 6,P＜0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention has satisfactory blood glucose control effect for patients with DM,with distinct curative effect,the patients' nursing satisfaction is significantly improved,worthy to be popularized and applied in clinical nursing work.
