显微外科手术治疗复发性精索静脉曲张40例的效果观察

目的 探讨采用显微外科辅助下精索内静脉显微结扎手术治疗复发性精索静脉曲张的临床效果.方法 40例复发性精索静脉曲张病例均行显微外科精索内静脉结扎术,手术时间60～100 min,平均(70-28) min.所有患者术后3、6及12个月随访.术后6个月复查精液.结果 患者精子数量、活力及浓度均优于术前.术后随访1年所有患者均未发现阴囊血肿、鞘膜积液、精索静脉曲张复发及睾丸萎缩.结论 采用显微外科手术治疗传统手术后复发性精索静脉曲张症,治疗效果良好.

Microsurgical varicocelectomy for the treatment of 40 cases of recurrent varicocele

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of subinguinal microscopic varicocelectomy for the treatment of recurrent varicocele.Methods 40 cases of recurrent varicocele were admitted and underwent microscopic surgery.Operation time was 60-100 minutes,and the average time was (70±28) minutes.All patients were follow-up in 3,6,12 months after operation,and sermens were tested in 6 month after operation.Results The number,mobility,concentration of sperm after operation were better than those before operation.Hematoma of the scrotum,hydrocele of testis,atrophy of testis,and recurrent varicocele were not found during the follow-up.Conclusion Microsurgical inguinal varicocelectomy for the treatment of patients with recurrent varicocele is safe and effective.
