| 摘 要： | 目的：了解血液透析患者对动静脉内瘘的认知需求状况，为制定更合理有效的健康教育方案提供参考。方法：自制调查问卷对120例血液透析患者展开调查，以了解患者对动静脉内瘘的认知、健康教育内容和方式的需求。结果：病人缺乏全面和更深层次的健康教育知识，对自身在健康促进中的认知还不够。结论：护士应根据患者个体情况制定更全面、更优化的健康教育方案，提高健康教育质量，提高患者内瘘的使用寿命。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： hemodialysis, and to provide program. Methods： 120 he To understand the cognitive demands for Arteriovenous Fistula of patients with reference for the development of a more rational and effective health education modialysis patients were investigated with a self- designed questionnaire in order to understand the patients＇ awareness about arteriovenous fistula and their demands for the contents and methods of health education. Results： The patients lacked complete and deeper knowledge of health education and did not know enough about health promotion. Conclusion： Nurses should formulate a more comprehensive, more streamlined health education scheme, according to the patients＇demands, to improve the quality of health education and the service life of internal fistula of the patients. |
