肌萎缩侧索硬化症脑脊液生物学标志物的研究

肌萎缩侧索硬化症(ALS)是一种以选择性运动神经元变性为特征的神经退行性疾病.其病因和发病机制目前仍不明确,且缺乏客观的诊断标准和有效的治疗手段.脑脊液(CSF)能反映中枢神经系统病理生理改变,进行CSF中ALS生物学标志物的筛选将有助于疾病的诊断,为ALS发病机制的探讨提供线索.本文就近年来对ALS患者CSF中生物学标志物的研究作介绍.

Studies of Cerebrospinal Fluid Biomarker in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

ABSRACT Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis（ALS） is a sever neurodegenerative disease characterized by progressive selective degeneration of motor neurons.The etiology of ALS remains unknown and meaningful diagnostic markers and efficient treatments are lack.Cerebrospinal fluid（CSF） might reflect pathological alterations in the central nervous system and easy to acquire.So study on CSF may helpful for the diagnosis of ALS and provide clues to the investigation of pathogenesis.This review mainly focused on the study of the CSF biomarkers of ALS.
