2006—2011年北京市老年人慢性病发展的动态分析

目的了解和掌握2006—2011年北京市老年人慢性病及相关情况的发展趋势,提出相应的对策,提高老年人生活质量。方法采用描述性流行病学方法,对北京市某单位退休老年人2006—2011年进行健康体检,对体检结果进行分析。结果 2006—2011年,北京市老年人慢性病率从高到低依次为：高血压病、血脂异常发病率偏高,脂肪肝、糖尿病、冠心病的发病率趋于持平,空腹血糖受损、血压正常高值的发生率较低。结论北京市老年人慢性病的发病率水平较高,应引起社会的足够重视。

Dynamic analysis of chronic disease development among elderly people in Beijing during 2006 and 2011

Objective To realize and grasp the development trend of the chronic diseases and related conditions among the elderly people in Beijing during 2006 and 2011,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,and improve the quality of life in the elderly people.Methods Descriptive epidemiologic methods were used to make physical examination from 2006 to 2011 on the retired people of a certain unit in Beijing,and then the results were analyzed.Results From 2006 to 2011,the chronic diseases rates of the elderly people in Beijing are from high to low in turn:hypertension and dyslipidemia being the higher;fatty liver,diabetes and coronary heart disease being unchanged;impaired fasting glucose and blood pressure normal height being the lower.Conclusion The incidence of chronic diseases among the elderly people in Beijing is high enough to be worth the social attention.
