帕瑞昔布复合丙泊酚用于人工流产术的临床观察

目的观察帕瑞昔布复合丙泊酚用于人工流产术的临床麻醉效果及安全性。方法选择180例体健、自愿人工流产的患者,随机分为A、B两组。采用全凭静脉麻醉方法,A组：先静脉注射帕瑞昔布20 mg,7 min后再静脉注射丙泊酚2 mg/kg,B组：静脉注射瑞芬太尼1μg/kg,2 min后再静脉注射丙泊酚2 mg/kg,术中出现较强体动时追加丙泊酚。记录两组术前、术中、术后的心率（HR）、收缩压（SBP）、呼吸频率（RR）、血氧饱和度（SpO2）值及术后不良反应。结果术中HR、SBP、RR、SpO2,B组与A比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。B组术中HR、SBP、RR、SpO2与术前比较,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论帕瑞昔布复合丙泊酚用于人工流产临床麻醉效果安全有效,能为患者提供全程镇痛。

Parecoxib and Propofol for the clinical observation of induced abortion

Objective To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Parecoxib and Propofol for induced abortion anesthesia.Methods 180 cases of physical health,voluntary abortion were randomly divided into two groups,group A and group B,used of total intravenous anesthesia,group A: first intravenous injection of Parecoxib 20 mg,7 min after intravenous injection of Propofol 2 mg/kg,group B: Intravenous injection of Remifentanil 1 μg/kg,2 min after intravenous injection of propofol 2 mg/kg,stronger body of moving had an additional Propofol.Recorded BP HR,RR,SpO2 in preoperative,operation in,postoperative and adverse reactions in postoperative.Results Intraoperative HR,SBP,RR,SpO2,difference between group A and group B was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Patients in the HR,SBP,RR,SpO2 in group B in operation compared with the preoperative,the difference was highly statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion Parecoxib and Propofol anesthesia is effective for patients of induced abortion safe and can provide full analgesia.
