糖尿病合并冠心病患者高敏C反应蛋白与血小板参数的相关性研究

目的探讨糖尿病合并冠心病患者高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与血小板参数的相关性及其临床意义。方法选择我院门诊或住院患者及健康体检者,分为糖尿病合并冠心病（DM＋CHD）、冠心病（CHD）、糖尿病（DM）和对照四个组,分别检测hs-CRP及血小板计数（PLT）、平均血小板体积（MPV）、血小板压积（PCT）、大血小板比率（P-LCR）、血小板分布宽度（PDW）五项血小板参数的水平,并进行比较分析。结果 （DM＋CHD）组hs-CRP、MPV、PCT、P-LCR和PDW水平显著高于CHD、DM和对照组（P〈0.01）,PLT数量显著低于CHD、DM和对照组（P〈0.01）。PLT计数：对照组〉DM组〉CHD组〉（DM＋CHD）组,呈降低趋势,hs-CRP、MPV、PCT、P-LCR、PDW水平：对照组〈DM组〈CHD组〈（DM＋CHD）组,呈升高趋势。hs-CRP与PLT呈负相关（r=-0.725,P〈0.05）,与MPV（r=0.801,P〈0.01）,PCT（r=0.747,P〈0.05）,P-LCR（r=0.713,P〈0.05）,PDW（r=0.724,P〈0.05）均呈正相关。结论 hs-CRP及血小板在糖尿病合并冠心病的发生、发展过程有显著相关性,hs-CRP及血小板参数是糖尿病合并冠心病患者病情观察和评价的有用指标。

The correlation research of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and platelet parameters for diabetes mellitus patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the correlation and clinical significance of hs-CRP and platelet parameters for diabetes mellitus patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Diagnosed outpatient or inpatient patients and health people were chosen and divided into four groups including(DM+CHD),CHD,DM and control group,meanwhile,hs-CRP,PLT,MPV,PCT,P-LCR,PDW were measured individually,and analyzed comparatively.Results The results of hs-CRP,MPV,PCT,P-LCR and PDW in(DM+CHD) group were significantly higher than those of CHD,DM and control group(P < 0.01),PLT count was distinguishably lower than that of CHD,DM and healthy control group(P < 0.01).PLT count was decreasing by the sequence of healthy control,DM,CHD,and(DM+CHD) group,meanwhile,the results of h-CRP,MPV,PCT,P-LCR and PDW were increasing by the sequence of control,DM,CHD,and(DM+CHD) group.hs-CRP was negatively correlated with PLT(r =-0.725,P < 0.05),but were positively correlated with MPV(r = 0.801,P < 0.01),PCT(r = 0.747,P < 0.05),P-LCR(r = 0.713,P < 0.05),PDW(r = 0.724,P < 0.05).Conclusion hs-CRP and platelet are significantly correlated in the occurrence and development of diabetes mellitus patients with coronary heart disease,hs-CRP and platelet parameters are useful indicator of observation and evaluation for diabetes mellitus patients with coronary heart disease.
