斑蝥胶囊联合化疗治疗晚期小儿肿瘤疗效观察

目的了解斑蝥胶囊联合化疗治疗小儿肿瘤患者的疗效及其安全性。方法将确诊为晚期恶性肿瘤的患儿分为实验组和对照组,在化疗的基础上实验组加用斑蝥胶囊,观察患儿的预后及毒副反应。结果未观察到斑蝥胶囊对肿瘤预后有明显作用,但对减少化疗的不良反应有确切作用,未发现药物对患儿的不良作用。结论斑蝥胶囊作为化疗辅助用药是安全有效的,可以用于那些对化疗毒副反应较重的患儿,可以减少这些不良反对治疗的影响。

Oberservation on Banmao capsul combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of child's tumor

Objective To evaluate the application value and security of the Banmao capsule union chemotherapy in the treatment of child’s tumor.Methods Divided the child with later period malignant tumor into the experimental group and control group;besides the chemotherapy,the experimental group was given the Banmao capsule,to observe child’s prognosis and poisonous reaction.Results Banmao capsule hadn’t obvious function to the tumor prognosis,but had accurate function to reduce the side reaction of the chemotherapy.There was no ill-effect of the Banmao in the control group.Conclusion As a chemotherapy auxiliary medication Banmao capsule was safely in child,so it can be used to these child to reduce the side reaction of the chemotherapy.
