| 摘 要： | 目的了解湖州等市现场淡色库蚊种团(以下简称现场品系)对3种杀虫剂的抗性动态,为合理使用杀虫剂,指导灭蚊工作的深入开展提供依据。方法药液浸渍法,测定Ⅳ龄期幼虫半数致死浓度。结果现场品系对高效氯氰菊酯、右旋丙烯菊酯、滴滴涕等3种杀虫剂的抗性倍数依次为:湖州市:2.6、3.3、1.2;加兴市:2.8、3.2、1.3;丽水市:2.2、2.8、1.1;金华市:2.8、2.5、1.4;衢州市:3.0、2.1、1.5;台州市:2.9、3.1、1.6。结论现场品系对3种杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗性,但滴滴涕的抗性指数接近于正常品系。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the resistance trends of Culex pipiens pallens group(wild strains) to 3 kinds of insecticide in Huzhou and other cities and provide evidence for reasonable application of insecticides and mosquito control.Methods Soaking method was applied for determining of LC_(50) for the fourth instar larva.Results The resistance factors of the tested strains to beta-cypermethrin,d-allethrin and DDT were as follows: 2.6,3.3,1.2(Huzhou);2.8,3.2,1.3(Jiaxing);2.2,2.8,1.1(Lishui);2.8,2.5,1.4(Jinhua);3.0,2.1,1.5(Quzhou);2.9,3.1,1.6(Taizhou).Conclusion The tested wild strains had resistances to all 3 kinds of insecticides but their resistance factors to DDT were close to the normal strain. |
