杭州市萧山区结核病控制项目效果分析

目的:分析本区结核病控制项目实施以来结核病流行情况,为进一步提高结核病防治项目的控制效果提供科学依据。方法:对2002～2005年本地结核病登记、管理资料进行分析和统计学处理。结果:在实施项目的4年中,共接诊可疑者4718人,可疑者就诊率从2002年的8.6/万上升到2005年的11.55/万;确诊活动性肺结核病人1918例,其中涂阳病人907例,新登记率和涂阳新登记率逐年提高,2002年分别为33.02/10万和16.21/10万,提高到2005年的50.95/10万和24.32/10万。结论:过去四年中本区结核病控制工作取得满意效果。

Evaluation of the Effect of Tuberculosis Control in Xiaoshan

Objective: To the effect of tuberculosis control in Xiaoshan and provide scientific basis for sustainabletuberculosis control. Methods: Retrospective analysis was conducted on the record of registration,diagnosis andtreatment of the tuberculosis patients from 2002 to 2005. Results: During the 4 years,4 718 patients had suspectedtuberculosis symptoms,1 918 cases were found with active tuberculosis,among which 907 cases were smearpositive. The registration rate of active tuberculosis increased from 33.02/ 100 000 in 2002 to 50.95/ 100 000 in 2005;that of the smear positive increased from 16.21/ 100 000 to 24.32/ 100 000; the cure rate of the new smear positivewas 93 %;the cure rate of retreated smear positive was 85.61 %. Conclusion:The efficiency of tuberculosiscontrol was remarkable in the last four years.
