抗生素在儿科急性上呼吸道感染患者中的使用分析

目的调查急性上呼吸道感染患儿抗生素的应用情况。方法调查金昌市第二人民医院2006年1月—2008年12月儿科住院病例中急性上呼吸道感染病例181例，对其中抗生素的使用情况进行统计、分析。结果抗生素使用率达100％，共涉及4类6种；无联合使用抗生素者；全部采用静脉途径给药。结论该医院在治疗急性上呼吸道感染患儿时存在不合理应用抗生素现象，规范化管理有待加强。

Application Analysis on Antibiotics in Pediatric Patients with Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

[ Objective ] To investigate the usage of antibiotics in pediatric patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection. [ Methods]Totally 181 pediatric inpatients with acute upper respiratory tract infection in Jinchang Second People＇s Hospital during January 2006-- December 2008 were investigated. The usage of antibiotics was statistically analyzed. [ Results] The antibiotic usage rate reached 100% , involving 6 kinds of 4 categories; No combination of antibiotics was used, all received intravenous administration. [ Conclusion ] The phenomenon of irrational use of antibiotics for acute upper respiratory tract infection exists in this hospital, the standardized management needs to be strengthened .
