| 摘 要： | 通过综述磷酸二酯酶5型抑制剂与α-受体阻滞剂的相互作用以及联合用药治疗前列腺增生合并勃起功能障碍的临床安全性和有效性，为减少磷酸二酯酶5型抑制剂联合应用α-受体阻滞剂的不良反应提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the interaction ofphosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor （PDE5i） and co-blocker for treating benign prostate hyperplasia（BPH） and erectile dysfunction（ED）, useful suggestions have been brought up to decrease adverse reactions of combined treatment of α-blocker and PDE5i. |
