新疆乌鲁木齐口岸出入境人员传染病监测结果分析

目的加强口岸传染病的监测力度，为防止传染病的传入和传出，提供可靠的科学依据。方法对2007年12月-2008年12月经乌鲁木齐口岸出入境的20668名出入境人员进行HBV、HCV、梅毒、HIV血清学检测。结果20668名出入境人员中共检出4种传染病感染者1173例，总检出率为5．68％，其中HBsAg阳性975例，检出率为4．72％；HCV—Ab阳性123例，检出率为0．60％；梅毒感染者63例，检出率为0．30％；HIV—Ab阳性12例，检出率为0．06％。从年龄分析来看，以30～39岁年龄组传染病检出率最高，为6．44％。从国籍分析来看，巴基斯坦，哈萨克斯坦籍和中国籍人员传染病检出率较高，分别为6．53％，6．17％和5．84％。结论加强传染病监测，可以有效控制传染病通过国境口岸传播。

Analysis of infectious diseases surveillance results among entry-exit personnel at Urumqi Port

Objective To provide reliable scientific references by strengthening monitoring of infeetious diseases to prevent its spread. Methods Carry out HBV,HCV syphilis,HIV serologic tests among 20,668 entry-exit personnel who coming through Urumqi Port from Dec. 2007 to Dec. 2008. Results 1,173 cases of 4 infectious diseases are found among 20,668 entry-exit personnel, with an average detection rate of 5.68%, among which 975 cases are HBsAg positive, with a detection rate of 4.72% ;123 cases are HCV-Ab positive, with a detection rate of 0.60%; 63 cases are syphilis positive, with a detection rate of 0.30%; 12 cases are anti-HIV positive, with a detec- tion rate of 0.06%. According to age analysis, 30-39 age group has the highest detection rate of 6.44%. According to nationality, the highest detection rate of Pakistan, Kazakhstan and China are respectively 6.53%, 6.17%and 5.84%. Conclusion Strengthen monitoring can control the spread of infectious diseases through the ports.
