| 摘 要： | 多发性骨髓瘤(MM)疫苗具有耐受性较好,没有严重的不良反应等优点,近年来迅速发展,部分疫苗已经从动物实验进入临床试验阶段,并且其有望成为MM新的重要治疗方式之一.笔者根据国内外研究现状,现就MM疫苗的研究进展及其临床试验的发展情况进行综述. |

| Abstract: | Recently,multiple myeloma (MM) vaccines are rapid development and will be expected to become one of effective treatments in MM,because of their better tolerability and less serious adverse reactions,etc..And some vaccines have entered clinical trials from animal experiments.The authors review the research progress of MM vaccines and the development of their clinical trials in this paper,according to research status at home and abroad. |
