摘 要: | 脑部疾病严重威胁人类健康。血脑屏障(BBB)在中枢神经系统(CNS)中发挥着重要保护作用,同时也阻碍了药物的脑部递送,影响CNS疾病的治疗。而脑靶向纳米给药系统为药物的脑靶向递送提供了可能。本文将从BBB的生理结构和功能展开,主要从脑靶向纳米制剂的入脑机制及脑靶向纳米制剂的应用两方面进行简要介绍,概述脑靶向纳米给药系统的研究现状。

Abstract: | Central nervous system(CNS)diseases are serious threats to human health. Blood-brain barrier(BBB)plays an im?portant role in protecting the CNS. However,it also impedes the delivery of drugs to CNS and affects the treatment of CNS diseases. Brain targeted nano-drug delivery systems provide the possibility to brain-targeting drug delivery. In this article,we introduce the phys?iological structure and functions of BBB,and the brain targeting mechanism and the applications of brain-targeting nano-vectors to give a brief overview of the research status of brain targeting nano-drug delivery system. |
