艾叶的化学成分及药理作用研究进展

艾叶为中国临床常用中药材，在国内分布广泛，具有温经止血、散寒止痛等功效。目前发现艾叶中主要含有萜类、黄酮、苯丙素、芳香酸（醛）、甾体及脂肪酸等化学成分，具有镇痛、抗炎、止血、抗菌抗病毒、抗肿瘤、降血压、降血糖、平喘、免疫调节等多种药理作用。本文对艾叶的化学成分及其药理作用的研究进展进行了归纳总结，以期为其进一步深入研究及开发利用提供参考。

Chemical constituents and pharmacology activities of Artemisia argyi:research advances

Artemisia argyi,a well-known traditional Chinese materia medica commonly used in clinics,is widely distributed in China. It is recorded to possess the effects of warming meridians for hemostasis and eliminating cold for analgesia. The species is rich in terpenoids,flavonoids,phenylpropanoids,aromatic acids(aldehydes),steroids,and fatty acids,and exhibits pharmacologi?cal activities of analgesia,anti-inflammatory,hemostasis,antibacterial and antiviral,anti-tumor,antihypertensive effect,antidiabet?ics,anti-asthmatic,immunoregulation activities,and so on. The paper reviews the chemical constituents and pharmacological activi?ties of A. argyi,which can provide references for future research and utilization of it.
