| 摘 要： | 近年,非血缘脐血移植(UCBT)的广泛开展,为恶性及非恶性血液病患者的治疗提供了更多选择.本文将从脐血的选择、预处理方案、植入前综合征(PES)、植入失败和复发的处理等方面,对UCBT的最新进展及前景进行总结.

| Abstract: | In recent years,the widespread application of unrelated umbilical cord blood transplantation(UCBT) has provided an alternative for treating malignant and non-malignant hematological diseases.This article reviews literatures on edge-cutting achievements and prospects of cord blood selection,conditioning regimen,pre-engraftment syndrome (PES),graft failure,relapse and etc.in UCBT. |
