| 摘 要： | 应激性溃疡是重型颅脑外伤患者的常见并发症，可引起消化道出血、穿孔，使原有病情恶化并明显提高病死率。预防应激性溃疡是抢救重型颅脑外伤患者的关键，本文就颅脑外伤患者应激性溃疡的机制、预防性治疗、早期肠内营养、医院获得性肺炎等相关并发症的最新研究进展予以综述。

Research progress of the severe traumatic brain injury complicated with stress ulcer |

| Abstract: | Stress ulceration are common occurrence in patients with severe traumatic brain injury, which can result in alimentary tract hemorrhage, perforation and obviously increase mortality. To prevent the occurrence of stress ulceration and control upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is meaningful for prognosis of critical disease. This article reviews pathogenesis of stress ulceration as well as the relationships preventive treatment, early enteral nutrition, hospital acquired pneumonia and related complications. |
