情商理论用于临床医学教育的探讨

摘    要:随着社会的不断发展,人们对临床医疗活动的关注、认识和要求不断提高,对于临床医学生的教育也提出了更高的要求,而现行的临床医学教育模式尚不能满足日益增长的社会期望。文章从情商理论的内涵、临床医学教育的现状、情商理论用于临床医学教育的实践方法三方面对情商理论应用于临床医学教育的必要性、可行性和现实性进行了探讨,对临床医学教育改革进行了有益的探索。

Abstract:Along with the development of the society,people have paid more attention to clinical medical science with deeper understanding and higher requirements of medical education,while nowadays the model of clinical medical education fails to meet the society's increasing expectation.To carry out beneficial exploration on medical education reform,this article discusses emotional quotient(EQ) theory used in clinical medical education from three aspects of connotation of EQ theory,actuality of clinical medical education and detailed measures of using EQ theory in clinical medical education for its necessity,feasibility and reality.
