| 摘 要： | 目的:对比镂孔式与窗口式压迫板在乳腺X线立体定位中的准确程度,从而提高定位的准确性。方法:对50例患者均做两种方式的乳腺立体定位,摄片对比并测量两种方式的定位针尖中轴距病灶中心的距离。结果:镂孔式压迫板针尖中轴于病灶中心的距离为1.3770±0.6947 mm,窗口式的距离为2.1780±0.9519 mm,两种方式在乳腺X线立体定位中准确程度有明显差异(t=4.893,P<0.01)。结论:镂孔式压迫板优于窗口式,可作为提高乳腺X线立体定位准确性的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:Compare the accuracy of mesh and window oppressive plate in stereo-localization of mammography and improve its accuracy.Methods:Fifty cases were taken two types of location.We compared and measured the distance of the middle tip to the center of the lesion.Results:The distance of the middle tip to the center of the lesion of mesh oppressive plate was 1.3770±0.6947 mm and the window plate was 2.1780±0.9519 mm.The accuracy in two types of location was apparent(t=4.893,P<0.01,).Conclusion:Mesh oppressive plate was better than window plate.So it was the useful method in improving the accuracy of stereo-localization of mammography. |
