摘    要:
目的建立一种莪术挥发性成分的提取和分析的方法。方法加速溶剂萃取法(ASE)提取莪术挥发性成分,气质联用(GC-MS)进行定量分析。结果最佳的提取工艺条件:萃取溶剂乙酸乙酯,萃取温度80℃,静态时间6min,循环2次。气质联用条件:进样1μl,初始温度60℃,终止温度290℃;质谱扫描范围50~500m/z,扫描间隔0.5s,采用NIST和Wiley谱库对检测物进行在线检索。结论采用优化后的ASE可快速提取莪术挥发性成分,结合GC-MS检测。该方法显著优于传统提取和分析方法,具有高效、无污染、工艺简单和高实用等优点。

Abstract:
Objective To set up a method of extraction and analysis of volatile oil from Rhizoma curcumae-sediment.Methods Accelerated solvent extraction(ASE100)method was used to extract volatile oil from Rhizoma curcumae and the main compounds of volatile oil were identified by GC-MS.Results The best condition of extraction:Extractive solvent acetic ester was extracted at the temperature of 80℃,with a static period of 6 mins,two cycles.Condition of GC-MS:sample 1 μl was introduced at the initial temperature 60℃ and f...
